Herriman Town Center Apartments
Bach Homes hired Focus Engineering & Surveying to design an apartment development in Herriman, Utah including 20 buildings with a total of 304 units. This project included the removal and replacement of approximately 20’ of undocumented fill.
The Focus team provided some topography work and earthwork estimating to help Bach Homes understand the impact of earthwork on the property prior to the entitlement work for the development.
