Holbrook Village
Holbrook Village is comprised of 3-6 plex, 2-story buildings with 2,000 SF townhomes. FOCUS structural engineers designed the buildings with wood framing and wood shear walls along with a combination of trusses and stick framing. Unique elevation types required modified trusses to achieve deck roof vaulting.
In order to remain competitive, FOCUS developed a unique fee structure for this project, which allowed for extremely low re-use cost.
