Our Projects

Mountain Pointe Industrial is located just West of I-15 on 14600 South at the Point of the Mountain in Bluffdale.  It boasts seven large industrial warehouse buildings of approximately 100,000 SF.  The project required extensive detailed grading to accommodate the truck maneuvering required for large industrial warehouse tenants.

ICO Development  hired Focus Engineering & Surveying to complete the boundary topography survey, civil engineering and construction staking for the project.  Focus Engineering & Surveying has completed the preliminary civil engineering design for all seven buildings and the final design for the first building which is currently under construction.  We worked with ICO Development, Bluffdale City staff and UDOT to obtain the necessary entitlements for the development of the project.
