Seasons of Traverse Mountain Apartments
Seasons of Traverse Mountain Apartments is a 27.5-acre complex with 16 apartment buildings with 440 units, a club house, pool and open space amenities.
Seasons at Traverse Mountain is part of the Traverse Mountain Area plan. The site consisted of 100’ of elevation change. We were tasked to create a balanced grading design as the area plan prohibited the removal of any dirt from the site. This was accomplished through an iterative grading process, a creative site layout and working with the architect to provide the ideal building design for a hillside development.
