FOCUS worked with Hallmark Homes to develop base home plans and customize them to meet the needs of the new homeowners.
The original base plans were developed by another firm, and FOCUS worked to correct deficiencies. The changes were addressed by working with the developer to determine the best option for improving the plans and making them ready for customization. FOCUS prepared permit-ready home plans and home site grading plans for Hallmark Homes.
