The Addenbrook
This is a multi-family phase of The Highlands Master Plan in West Jordan which contains 170 units. It contains a mixture of twin-homes, town homes and single family lots. This phase was also developed by Peterson Development in partnership with Garbett Homes.
The project presented challenges to design in order to minimize quantities and to assist the client to plan for the earthworks requirements for the development. Focus Engineering & Surveying also needed to work with the city and adjacent developers to plan for the phasing of utilities to ensure all phases of the Addenbrook development had adequate utility connections relative to adjacent utilities improvement.
